Introduction: Coronaviruses are a subset of coronaviruses that range from the common cold to more severe illnesses. Symptoms of COVID19 begin a few days after becoming infected with the virus, including fever, dry cough, respiratory distress, fatigue, muscle aches, and diarrhea. Given that the virus causes severe symptoms in some patients, even without the underlying disease, it is likely to be related to the individual characteristics of the patients. Therefore, it seems necessary to study internal characteristics such as blood type, temperament or even the genes of patients.Materials and Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study in 2020. A total of 100 people were selected from those who had respiratory symptoms and had a positive QQ 19 test. Mood questionnaire was completed for each person. 3 cc of venous blood was taken from patients to evaluate blood group. Results: In the study of the relationship between sex and disease severity, 42.2% of men were admitted to the ward and 38.9% of women were mostly examined on an outpatient basis, but this difference was not significant.Compared with blood groups, O-negative blood group had the lowest and A-positive blood group had the highest prevalence. In terms of prevalence of wet and dry temperaments, 29.6% had wet temperament, 43.2% had moderate temperament and 27.2% had dry temperament. Also, in the study of cold and hot temperament, 21% had a cold temperament, 49.4% had a balanced temperament and 29.6% had a warm temperament. There was no significant relationship between cold temperament and disease severity between the three temperament groups. P = 0.21)). Also, there was no significant relationship between wet and dry temperament and disease severity between the 3 groups (P = 0.09).Conclusion: According to this study, the prevalence of covid19 disease in warm chord temperaments was higher than other blood clusters. Blood group O was less common than other blood groups, which could be helpful in the prognosis of patients.

Abstract:Thiopental Sodium is a commonly used drug in anesthesia, but it is not ideal because barbiturate is prohibited in acute and allergic porphyria, and is not recommended in asthmatic and hypovolemic patients. Propofol is the newest drug in anesthesia due to its rapid onset, short duration of action, anti-nausea and a feeling comfort after use, its consumption is increasing. It is also safe in porphyry and asthma. This study compares the use of sodium antiproliferative drug propofol to reduce the need for opiate.Analysis Method:This study was conducted on 173 patients admitted to Sabzevar Hospital. Patients were randomly divided into two study and control groups. Anesthesia induction was performed in the study group with propofol 2. 2 kg / mg and with thiopental sodium 5 kg / mg, in both groups, blood pressure and heart beats were measured before and after induction and minutes 1, 5 and 11 after intubation. Within 1-2-3-4 hours after operation with a pain control chart, the intensity of the pain was checked and the data were recorded.Findings:In the propofol group at the 4th hour, 44 individuals feel mild pain, and 9 had moderate, but severe pain was not reported(P=0/44). In the thiopental group at the fourth hour, 53 patients feel mild pain, 11 had moderate and 5 had severe pain.(P=0/44)Conclusion:Propofol increases the threshold of postoperative pain, so it can be a good alternative to thiopental. Background:Health-related quality of life is an index of the safety Patients and refers to the measure of a patient's functioning, well-being, and general health perception in each of three domains: physical, psychological, and social. The aim of this study is identify related factors with quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Materials and Methods:In this cross sectional study, 50 hemodialysis patients of 15 to 87 years old in mashad city were participated in 2017. We used checklists which included demographic questionnaire and SF-36 Questionnaire. Descriptive and statistical tests such as mean± standard deviation for quantitative variables, Spearman correlation coefficient,Naparametric test were used. Results:The mean score of quality of life was 43.3±8.2 that in the physical dimension was 42.8 ± 11.9 and in the psychological dimension was 43.9 ± 10.4.The highest mean of quality of life was observed in the men( 42.5 ± 6.1) , singles ( 43.6 ± 5.4), users general vehicles (44.4 ± 8.4) and people with a level of education in the guidance school (43.5±6.7).Age (p=0.04,r=-0.3) and duration to each dialysis session(p=0.007,r=-0.2) with mean score for quality of life were significantly inversely related but the correlation did not significantly with any of the individual characteristics, laboratory factors and clinical factors. The marrage (p=0.03) and duration of each dialysis session (p=0.03) and age(p=0.04) was a significant inversely correlation with the physical dimension. Conclusions: Life quality of Hemodialysis patients is low and authorities need to provide these patients with more social support and see into their welfare.
